Taupo bliss 🌊

The views of the lake from our apartment were just unreal, and the heat pumps kept the place perfectly cozy. Chatted to the manager, he was a proper friendly oke, defs made our stay more special!

Only thing was the beds were a bit on the firm side for my liking.

stayed here for 2 nights during a biking trip and it completely exceeded my expectations. the pools were fantastic and just steps from my room, making it easy to relax after a long day. peter and the team were amazing, very accommodating with bike storage and local recommendations.

wifi was a bit patchy at times.

Stunning Views and Excellent Hospitality

I was blown away by the mesmerizing views from our two-bedroom apartment, which was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts welcomed us warmly and even had the heater running upon our late arrival, making it a cozy retreat after our journey. If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the need for a few more privacy options in the shared areas.

The pool area stood out, being well-maintained and enjoyable for the family, while the homemade desserts provided a delightful end to our evenings. the Wi-Fi connection was occasionally unreliable, and there was noticeable noise from neighboring units at times. while the furnishings were comfortable, they seemed slightly outdated compared to the lovely surroundings.

Family with kids will love it

The pool and spa were perfect for my kids, they spent hours there! And the staff, they were so friendly and welcoming, made you feel like family right away.

It wasn't inexpensive but honestly I felt it was worth it.

The stunning lake views from the second-floor studio, paired with the comfort of a luxurious spa bath, made for an impressive stay. The bed was incredibly soft, and the kitchen amenities were just right for a couple's getaway.

A scent of air freshener hit us upon arrival, which was a bit overwhelming, though airing out the room helped. The information booklet regarding breakfast choices was outdated. it promised options that are no longer available. The Wi-Fi was occasionally hit or miss, and while the sheets could use some softening, the overall comfort of the mattress and pillows made up for it.

we loved the stunning view of the lake from our three-bedroom apartment. everything felt like home with two bathrooms and a full kitchen. the excellent wifi and multiple streaming options kept us entertained. extra heaters were a thoughtful touch on colder nights. the solar powered heating for the hot pools was impressive too!

We had a lovely stay for one night in a pool view apartment. The pool was a hit with our kids, providing hours of fun. The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Tip, book breakfast the day before to avoid disappointment!
